You can import events from your Google Calendar which will then appear in the reminder bar at the top of the page. If the location of your event matches a location in the toolkit, you will automatically get room information and directions.
The toolkit will remember the events you have imported but for security reasons it will not stay permanently connected to your personal calendar. You will have to re-connect to your calendar after a long period of inactivity, or if you change your browsing device.
